Indications
Indicated for the treatment of:
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Acid peptic disorders
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Functional dyspepsia
Nausea and vomiting associated with acid reflux
Dosage & Administration
Adults: One capsule daily before meals or as prescribed.
Adverse Effects
Headache, dizziness
Nausea, dry mouth, diarrhea
Abdominal pain, bloating

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Rabeprazole, Domperidone, or any component of the formulation.
Gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical obstruction, or perforation.
Severe hepatic impairment.
Prolonged QT syndrome or cardiac arrhythmias.
Warnings & Precautions
Long-term use may increase the risk of osteoporosis-related fractures.
Domperidone use should be monitored in patients with cardiovascular disorders.
Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Avoid concurrent use with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Use with caution in elderly patients.
Drug Interactions
Increased risk of QT prolongation with antiarrhythmic drugs.
Reduced efficacy when taken with strong CYP2C19 inducers (e.g., Rifampin).
Potential interaction with anticoagulants like Warfarin.
Avoid concurrent use with ketoconazole or erythromycin.
