Indications

Indicated for the treatment of: Musculoskeletal pain Arthritis (Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis) Post-operative and post-traumatic inflammation Dental pain and swelling Fever and inflammation

Dosage & Administration

As directed by the physician. Dosage may vary based on the severity of the condition. Adults: 1 tablet twice daily or as prescribed.

Adverse Effects

Nausea, vomiting, indigestion Abdominal pain, gastritis Dizziness, headache Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling) Seek medical attention if severe side effects occur.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Serratiopeptidase, or NSAIDs. History of gastrointestinal bleeding or peptic ulcer. Severe renal or hepatic impairment. Bleeding disorders.

Warnings & Precautions

Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disorders. Long-term use may cause gastrointestinal irritation or ulcers. Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase liver toxicity. Not recommended for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical supervision. Serratiopeptidase may increase the risk of bleeding; caution is advised in patients on anticoagulant therapy.

Drug Interactions

Increased risk of bleeding with anticoagulants like Warfarin. Concurrent use with corticosteroids may increase gastrointestinal risk. Avoid alcohol as it may enhance hepatotoxicity of Paracetamol. Use with other NSAIDs may increase the risk of side effects.

Storage Instructions

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. PRESENTATION: Schedule H Prescription Drug – To be sold by retail on prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
