Excess calcium intake may lead to kidney stone formation. Use with caution in individuals with kidney disorders or cardiovascular diseases. Long-term use should be monitored to avoid Vitamin D toxicity.

Calcium may interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics (e.g., tetracyclines, quinolones). Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption, increasing the risk of hypercalcemia if taken in excess. Cyanocobalamin may interact with certain medications, including metformin and proton pump inhibitors.
