Excess calcium intake may lead to kidney stones or hypercalcemia. Use with caution in individuals with kidney disease or cardiovascular disorders. Long-term use should be monitored to prevent Vitamin D toxicity.

Calcium may reduce absorption of certain antibiotics (e.g., tetracyclines, quinolones). Vitamin D3 may enhance calcium effects, increasing the risk of hypercalcemia. Magnesium may interact with certain medications, including diuretics and antibiotics. Avoid concurrent use with high-dose Vitamin D supplements unless prescribed.
