Indications
Indicated for the treatment of:
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Peptic ulcer disease
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Helicobacter pylori eradication (as part of combination therapy)
Dosage & Administration
Adults: One tablet daily before meals or as prescribed.
Adverse Effects
Headache, dizziness
Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain
Flatulence, constipation
Skin rash, fatigue Seek medical attention if severe side effects occur.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Ilaprazole or any component of the formulation.
Severe hepatic impairment.
Co-administration with drugs that require gastric acidity for absorption.
Warnings & Precautions
Long-term use may increase the risk of osteoporosis-related fractures.
Risk of hypomagnesemia with prolonged therapy.
Use with caution in patients with liver disease.
May mask symptoms of gastric malignancy.
Drug Interactions
May reduce absorption of drugs like Ketoconazole and Atazanavir.
Possible increased risk of Clostridium difficile infection with long-term use.
Avoid concurrent use with Clopidogrel due to reduced effectiveness.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
