Hypersensitivity to Ofloxacin, Metronidazole, Simethicone, or any of the excipients. Epilepsy or history of seizures. Severe renal or hepatic impairment.

Avoid alcohol consumption during and up to 48 hours after treatment due to potential disulfiram-like reactions with Metronidazole. Use with caution in patients with CNS disorders (e.g., seizures, peripheral neuropathy). Prolonged use may lead to bacterial or fungal superinfection. Ofloxacin may cause tendonitis and tendon rupture in some cases, especially in elderly patients.

Alcohol should be avoided due to interaction with Metronidazole. Antacids and iron supplements may reduce the absorption of Ofloxacin. Warfarin and other anticoagulants may have an increased effect with Metronidazole.
