Indications
Indicated for the treatment of:
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with associated nausea and vomiting
Peptic ulcer disease with delayed gastric emptying
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Helicobacter pylori eradication (as part of combination therapy)
Dosage & Administration
Adults: One capsule daily before meals or as prescribed.
Adverse Effects
Headache, dizziness
Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain
Flatulence, constipation
Dry mouth, somnolence

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Rabeprazole, Domperidone, or any component of the formulation.
Severe hepatic impairment.
Prolactin-releasing pituitary tumors (prolactinoma).
Co-administration with drugs that require gastric acidity for absorption.
Warnings & Precautions
Long-term use may increase the risk of osteoporosis-related fractures.
Risk of hypomagnesemia with prolonged therapy.
Domperidone should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders.
Use with caution in patients with liver disease.
May mask symptoms of gastric malignancy.
Drug Interactions
May reduce absorption of drugs like Ketoconazole and Atazanavir.
Possible increased risk of Clostridium difficile infection with long-term use.
Avoid concurrent use with Clopidogrel due to reduced effectiveness.
Domperidone may interact with CYP3A4 inhibitors, increasing the risk of adverse effects.
