How it works

How a cosmetics order is developed, filled and shipped

Texture, preservation and the pack are settled before anything is filled.

  1. 01Formula: base, actives and fragrance

    Pick the product and its base (jelly, cream, lotion, gel or wash), then the actives and fragrance. The formula balances feel against stability and preservation, so the product holds up for its whole shelf life.

  2. 02Samples: texture, spread and scent

    Samples are judged on thickness, spreadability, absorption and fragrance, and sunscreen samples on white cast and skin feel as well. Use them for your own skin-feel or market tests.

  3. 03Packaging: jar, tube or pump

    Jars, tubes or pump bottles, each with a carton where needed. The INCI ingredient list and claims are set for your market.

  4. 04Production: mix, fill and seal

    Creams and lotions are emulsified, jelly is melted and poured, and washes are blended; each batch is filled, sealed and released against in-process and finished-product checks.

  5. 05Dispatch: to your warehouse or port

    Finished cosmetics are packed in shippers and sent onward with the paperwork your destination asks for.
