Indications
This multi-ingredient supplement is indicated for:

Dosage & Administration

Contraindications
Contraindicated in individuals with documented hypersensitivity to Methylcobalamin, Folic Acid, Pyridoxine, or fish/marine-derived oils (due to the presence of DHA). It should not be used in patients suffering from Leber's hereditary optic atrophy.
Warnings & Precautions
While Folic Acid corrects the hematological manifestations of Vitamin B12 deficiency, it does not stop underlying neurological progression; therefore, true B12 deficiencies must be evaluated thoroughly. Avoid exceeding the recommended daily allowances unless directed by a physician.
Drug Interactions
The absorption of Methylcobalamin can be reduced by concurrent therapy with Metformin, H2-receptor antagonists, or proton pump inhibitors. Pyridoxine may reduce the therapeutic efficacy of Levodopa unless it is combined with a peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor like Carbidopa.
