C-FORCE is a highly effective, long-acting oral medication indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It provides a reliable therapeutic window, restoring vascular responsiveness to provide sustained clinical outcomes.
Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Restores the ability to achieve and maintain a penile erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance.
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Relieves lower urinary tract symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate gland.
Dosage & Administration
For erectile dysfunction, the recommended dose is 1 tablet (20mg) taken orally with water at least 30 to 60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once daily.
Adverse Effects
Most common side effects associated with vasodilatory action are mild to moderate, including:
- Headache or flushing
- Dyspepsia or acid reflux
- Nasal congestion
- Back pain or myalgia

Contraindications
Absolutely contraindicated in patients concurrently using any form of organic nitrates or nitric oxide donors (such as Nitroglycerin or Isosorbide), as this can precipitate a life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Contraindicated in individuals with severe cardiovascular disease or recent myocardial infarction.
Warnings & Precautions
Prior to initiating therapy, a thorough cardiovascular assessment is recommended. Use with caution in patients predisposed to priapism (an erection lasting longer than 4 hours) or those with anatomical penile deformities.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant administration with alpha-blockers or antihypertensive drugs may cause symptomatic hypotension. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as Ketoconazole or Ritonavir) can significantly increase systemic Tadalafil exposure, requiring dose adjustment.
