Product Overview
CIAN D3 SHOTS (CIAN) is a ready-to-drink oral solution containing a therapeutic mega-dose of 60,000 IU Vitamin D3. It is designed to rapidly restore normal vitamin levels in adults diagnosed with clinical hypovitaminosis D.
Indications
This therapeutic oral shot is indicated for:
- Severe Hypovitaminosis D: Corrects severe clinical or subclinical vitamin D deficiencies.
- Osteoporosis Adjuvant: Serves as a primary co-therapy along with anti-resorptive medications.
- Osteomalacia: Reverses bone mineralization failure and related bone pain syndromes.
Dosage & Administration
For oral administration. The standard adult dose is one 5 ml bottle (60,000 IU) once weekly for a continuous period of 8 weeks, or as directed by a physician. Drink directly or mix into milk/water.
Adverse Effects
Rare when taken on a weekly schedule. Improper daily overconsumption can lead to hypercalcemia, constipation, metallic taste, nausea, or muscle weakness.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in cases of hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, primary hyperparathyroidism, nephrolithiasis, or severe renal dysfunction.
Warnings & Precautions
Do not confuse this high-dose weekly formulation with daily nutritional supplements. Periodic evaluation of serum calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D levels is advised during therapy.
Drug Interactions
Bile acid sequestrants like cholestyramine and orlistat can decrease the gastrointestinal absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like Vitamin D3. Space doses by at least four hours.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a cool, dark place. Protect the liquid bottles from direct exposure to sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
