Product Overview
CIAN D3 Soft gel [10*4] contains 60,000 IU of Cholecalciferol in an oil-based medium inside a soft gelatin capsule. It is designed to maximize bioavailability and efficiently reverse vitamin D deficiency states in adults.
Indications
This high-potency softgel is indicated for:
- Clinical Vitamin D Deficiency: Rapidly treats low systemic vitamin D levels.
- Bone Demineralization: Manages generalized bone pain and proximal muscle weakness.
- Malabsorption States: Replenishes vitamin stores in patients with compromised gastrointestinal absorption.
Dosage & Administration
To be taken orally. The standard regimen for deficiency is one softgel capsule weekly for 4 to 8 weeks, preferably taken with a fat-containing meal, or as prescribed by a medical specialist.
Adverse Effects
Well tolerated when taken according to weekly schedules. Hypercalcemia secondary to overuse may induce dry mouth, fatigue, headache, or nausea.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with diagnosed hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, renal stones, or hypersensitivity to softgel capsule components.
Warnings & Precautions
Strictly follow the weekly dosage schedule. Patients prone to kidney stone formation or kidney disease require close medical supervision during high-dose therapy.
Drug Interactions
Long-term use of anti-epileptic drugs like carbamazepine or rifampicin can increase the catabolism of vitamin D, lowering its therapeutic efficacy.
