HEALTH SOAP is a professional-grade, medicated antiseptic cleansing syndet bar formulated to eliminate a wide array of cutaneous pathogens. It protects the skin barrier, reduces bacterial colonization, and provides prolonged anti-microbial protection for clinical and everyday personal hygiene.
Indications
This medicated antiseptic soap is indicated for:
- Pyoderma and Cutaneous Infections: Treats superficial bacterial skin infections like folliculitis or furuncles.
- Surgical Hand Cleansing and Pre-Operative Preparation: Sanitizes the skin before clinical interventions to minimize surgical site infections.
- Body Odor Control: Eliminates resident axillary and cutaneous bacteria responsible for the degradation of sweat into odorous compounds.
- Prophylactic Skin Hygiene: Protects high-risk individuals from cross-contamination in gymnasiums, clinics, and hospitals.
Dosage & Administration
Wet the body or the affected skin area thoroughly with water. Apply HEALTH SOAP gently to generate a rich, dense lather. Leave the lather in contact with the skin for 1 to 2 minutes to allow optimal antiseptic action, then rinse off completely with clean running water.
Adverse Effects
Common cutaneous side effects include:
- Mild skin dryness, scaling, or a sensation of cutaneous tightness
- Transient erythema or localized skin irritation
- Contact dermatitis in rare, highly sensitive individuals

Contraindications
Strictly contraindicated in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to Chlorhexidine Gluconate. It must not be applied to highly sensitive mucosal surfaces, deep open wounds, denuded skin, or near the eyes and middle ear cavities.
Warnings & Precautions
For external use only. Avoid any contact with the eyes; if accidental ocular contact occurs, flush immediately with copious volumes of fresh water. Discontinue use if severe, persistent skin irritation or hypersensitivity manifests.
Drug Interactions
Chlorhexidine is chemically incompatible with anionic surfactants frequently found in common commercial soaps and non-medicated body washes. Always rinse off other cleansing products thoroughly before applying this medicated bar.
Storage Instructions
Store at room temperature in a dry soap dish. Keep away from continuous water pooling to prevent structural softening of the bar.
