Product Overview
P PLUS SOAP is a targeted, medicated cleansing bar formulated for the treatment and eradication of scabies and body lice. It delivers the active antiparasitic agent uniformly across the skin to clear infestations and soothe associated irritation.
Indications
- Effective treatment for scabies infestations caused by Sarcoptes scabiei.
- Eradication of body lice and pubic lice infestations.
- Medicated hygiene management to prevent the re-infestation of external ectoparasites.
Dosage & Administration
Thoroughly wet the body and apply the soap to create a rich lather. Ensure application covers the entire body surface from the neck down to the toes. Leave the lather on the skin for 8 to 12 minutes before rinsing completely with warm water. Typically used as a single application, repeated in 7 days if live mites are detected.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in individuals with a known allergy to permethrin, synthetic pyrethrins, pyrethroids, or chrysanthemums.
Warnings & Precautions
For external dermatological use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth, and open wounds. If accidental ocular contact occurs, flush immediately with copious amounts of water. Not recommended for infants under 2 months of age unless directed by a pediatrician.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use of topical corticosteroids is not recommended as they may mask or worsen the signs of scabies infestation by reducing localized immune responses.
Storage Instructions
Store at room temperature below 30°C. Keep the soap dry between uses by placing it in a well-drained soap dish.
