Product Overview
MGALIN-NT is an advanced triple-combination neurotropic formulation designed for the comprehensive management of severe chronic neuropathic pain. By combining a gabapentinoid, a tricyclic neuro-modulator, and an essential nerve-rejuvenating vitamin, it provides rapid relief from persistent nerve pain.
Indications
This combination tablet is indicated for the treatment of:
- Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy: Relieves burning, tingling, and lancinating pain in the extremities.
- Postherpetic Neuralgia: Manages persistent, debilitating nerve pain following herpes zoster infections.
- Fibromyalgia: Controls widespread musculoskeletal pain and associated neurological distress.
- Spinal Nerve Compression Pain: Alleviates radiculopathy secondary to disc herniation or spinal stenosis.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dose is one tablet taken orally once daily, preferably at bedtime to minimize daytime drowsiness. The dose may be adjusted by a physician based on the patient's clinical response and renal function profiles.
Adverse Effects
Commonly observed side effects are usually dose-dependent and include:
- Dizziness, somnolence, and ataxia
- Dryness of the mouth and blurred vision
- Mild peripheral edema or constipation

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to pregabalin, nortriptyline, or methylcobalamin. Do not use during the acute recovery phase following a myocardial infarction or concurrently with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Warnings & Precautions
Patients should be monitored closely for suicidal thoughts, clinical worsening of depression, or sudden behavioral changes, particularly during the initial weeks of therapy. Taper the dose gradually over at least one week when discontinuing treatment to avoid withdrawal symptoms. Use with caution in patients with severe renal impairment, congestive heart failure, or urinary retention.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant administration with central nervous system depressants, sedatives, or alcohol can cause severe additive somnolence and respiratory depression. Serious adverse reactions may occur if co-administered with MAO inhibitors or drugs that significantly prolong the QT interval.
