PROGE ONE 100 SOFT GEL CAP contains micronized natural progesterone identical to the endogenous female hormone. It is designed to support the uterine lining, sustain early pregnancy, and manage gynecological disorders caused by hormonal imbalances.
Indications
This hormonal formulation is indicated for:
- Pregnancy Support: Maintenance of pregnancy in cases of threatened abortion or recurrent pregnancy loss.
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Combined with estrogen to prevent endometrial hyperplasia in postmenopausal women.
- Menstrual Disorders: Manages secondary amenorrhea and abnormal uterine bleeding due to progesterone deficiency.
Dosage & Administration
The dosage and route of administration (oral or vaginal) must be individualized by a gynecologist based on the clinical indication. For oral use, it is best taken at bedtime, away from food, to minimize drowsiness.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, severe hepatic dysfunction, unexplained genital bleeding, breast or genital tract malignancies, or history of allergic reactions to progesterone.
Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution in patients with conditions aggravated by fluid retention, such as asthma, epilepsy, or cardiac impairment. Perform regular breast and pelvic evaluations during long-term therapy. Discontinue if sudden visual disturbances or embolic events occur.
Drug Interactions
Metabolism may be accelerated by hepatic enzyme inducers like rifampin, phenytoin, or carbamazepine, reducing its clinical efficacy. Concomitant use with strong CYP450 inhibitors like ketoconazole may increase progesterone plasma levels.
