Contraindications

Drug Interactions
Concomitant administration with CYP450 enzyme inducers (such as phenobarbital, St. John's wort, or griseofulvin) can significantly reduce plasma levels and therapeutic efficacy. Aminoglutethimide may decrease progesterone concentrations.
