Product Overview
CIANMOL TC is a highly effective muscle relaxant and analgesic combination designed to manage acute painful musculoskeletal spasms. It provides rapid relief from localized muscle rigidity, pain, and inflammatory conditions.
Indications
This formulation is indicated for:
- Acute Muscle Spasms: Rapid relief of painful contractions linked to spinal disorders.
- Low Back Pain: Management of severe lumbago and sciatica.
- Traumatic Injuries: Relief from muscle strain, sprains, and post-operative orthopedic pain.
Dosage & Administration
The usual adult dose is one tablet twice daily after meals. Limit treatment duration to a maximum of 7 consecutive days to minimize risks.

May cause gastrointestinal irritation, dyspepsia, drowsiness, diarrhea, or mild dizziness.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, severe hepatic or renal failure, pregnancy, lactation, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs.
Warnings & Precautions
Thiocolchicoside possesses potential aneugenic activity; strictly avoid exceeding recommended durations or use in women of childbearing potential not using contraception.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants increases gastrointestinal bleeding risks. May diminish the therapeutic effect of anti-hypertensive drugs.
