Indications

Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dose is one tablet daily, taken orally with a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food. The duration of therapy should be limited to short-term acute management, strictly adhering to the medical practitioner's guidelines.

Contraindications
Do not administer to patients with active peptic ulceration, severe hepatic or renal impairment, history of ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, uncontrolled hypertension, or a history of seizures.
Warnings & Precautions
Monitor blood pressure closely during the first few weeks of therapy. Use with caution in elderly individuals and those with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding. Patients experiencing dizziness or fatigue should refrain from driving or operating heavy machinery. Avoid alcohol consumption during therapy.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants like Warfarin increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. May reduce the therapeutic efficacy of anti-hypertensive drugs and diuretics. Co-administration with Lithium or Methotrexate may raise their systemic serum concentrations.
