Product Overview
GLUCO-M Tablet is a comprehensive, triple-action joint care formulation designed to manage osteoarthritis and degenerative joint diseases. By combining a specialized anti-inflammatory with key structural cartilage building blocks, it helps slow joint degeneration. This therapeutic combination relieves pain, reduces stiffness, and supports joint mobility.
Indications
GLUCO-M Tablets are indicated for the management and long-term relief of:
- Osteoarthritis: Reduces pain and structural degeneration in weight-bearing joints like the knees and hips.
- Chronic Joint Pain: Eases persistent joint discomfort, swelling, and localized inflammation.
- Joint Stiffness: Enhances physical mobility and flexibility by supporting cartilage health and synovial fluid volume.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dose is one tablet taken orally once or twice daily after meals, or as directed by an orthopedic specialist. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water. Consistent daily use for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks is usually required to experience full therapeutic benefits.
Adverse Effects
Common side effects are mild and primarily gastrointestinal, including diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, flatulence, and occasional discoloration of urine (due to diacerein, which is harmless). Skin rashes or pruritus may occur in rare instances.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to diacerein, glucosamine, MSM, or shellfish derivatives. It is also contraindicated in patients with active inflammatory bowel disease, severe hepatic impairment, or a history of severe, unexplained abdominal pain.
Warnings & Precautions
Diacerein can cause diarrhea; therapy should be closely monitored or suspended if severe loose stools develop. Use with caution in elderly individuals and patients with mild to moderate renal impairment. Regular monitoring of liver function parameters is recommended during extended treatment courses.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use of antacids containing magnesium hydroxide or aluminum hydroxide may reduce the gastrointestinal absorption of diacerein; maintain a 2-hour administration gap. Avoid concurrent use with laxatives or stool softeners to reduce the risk of severe diarrhea.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
