Product Overview
HEM ROSE-XT (NEW) is a highly bioavailable, rapid-acting hematinic formulation developed to treat iron-deficiency anemia and associated micronutrient deficits. By coupling synthetic iron with essential co-factors, it optimizes hemoglobin synthesis with minimal gastrointestinal side effects.
Indications
This hematinic preparation is indicated for:
- Iron Deficiency Anemia: Treats low hemoglobin states triggered by poor dietary intake or chronic blood loss.
- Pregnancy and Lactation: Meets elevated maternal iron and folate needs to support healthy fetal growth.
- Post-Surgical Convalescence: Accelerates the replacement of red blood cells lost during major surgical procedures.
- General Fatigue: Reverses chronic tissue hypoxia caused by suboptimal hemoglobin levels.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dosage is one tablet daily, taken orally. For maximum intestinal absorption, it should ideally be consumed on an empty stomach with water. If gastric intolerance or nausea occurs, it can be taken immediately after a light meal.

- Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, constipation, or dark-colored stools

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with iron overload syndromes such as hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis. It must not be given to individuals with hemolytic anemia, thalassemia, active peptic ulcers, or a history of hypersensitivity to iron complexes.
Warnings & Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended therapeutic dose, as excessive iron accumulation can cause visceral damage. Periodic assessment of serum ferritin and hemoglobin levels is recommended during long-term administration.
Drug Interactions
Oral iron complexes can significantly reduce the gastrointestinal absorption of tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, and levothyroxine; a minimum dosing interval of 2 hours must be maintained. Co-administration of antacids or calcium supplements can decrease iron uptake.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect the tablets from direct light exposure and humidity.
