Indications

  • Acute soft tissue injuries, including tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis.
  • Post-traumatic muscle strains, ligament sprains, and structural backaches.

Contraindications

Contraindicated in patients with a history of systemic hypersensitivity to diclofenac, aspirin, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) presenting as asthma or urticaria. Do not apply to damaged skin structures.

Warnings & Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes, nasal structures, and oral mucosa. Although systemic absorption is low, caution is advised if the patient has active gastrointestinal ulceration or severe renal insufficiency when applied over extensive tissue surface areas.

Drug Interactions

Concomitant oral NSAID therapy may slightly increase the risk of systemic adverse reactions. Systemic interactions are minimal due to the localized distribution pattern of the active compounds.
