Product Overview
Ketocian is a powerful, short-term non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) indicated for the management of acute, moderate-to-severe pain that requires opioid-level analgesia. It delivers quick pain relief and is ideal for acute dental, post-operative, or musculoskeletal pain episodes.
Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:
- Short-term management of acute, moderate-to-severe post-operative pain.
- Severe acute dental pain, dental extractions, and post-traumatic injuries.
- Acute episodes of severe musculoskeletal pain requiring strong analgesic interventions.
Dosage & Administration
The standard oral dose is 1 tablet (10mg) every 4 to 6 hours as needed. The total daily dosage must not exceed 40mg, and the total duration of clinical treatment should not exceed 5 consecutive days.
Adverse Effects
Adverse effects can include dyspepsia, gastrointestinal pain, nausea, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, fluid retention, and localized edema.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer disease, recent gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, advanced renal impairment, suspected cerebrovascular bleeding, or confirmed hypersensitivity to aspirin and other NSAIDs.
Warnings & Precautions
Ketocian is not intended for chronic pain conditions. Long-term use carries significant risks of gastrointestinal ulceration and renal dysfunction. Avoid usage in third-trimester pregnancy or during coronary artery bypass graft surgery periods.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with anticoagulants like warfarin or antiplatelet agents increases gastrointestinal bleeding hazards. Reduces the clearance of lithium and methotrexate, raising their toxicity risks. May decrease the efficacy of antihypertensive agents.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and excess humidity.
