Product Overview
PARINEX DT is a fast-acting, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) delivered in a highly bioavailable dispersible tablet form. It provides potent, prolonged analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity to restore joint mobility and comfort.
Indications
- Rheumatoid Arthritis: Provides rapid relief from painful joint inflammation and morning stiffness.
- Osteoarthritis: Management of chronic degenerative joint pain and acute inflammatory flare-ups.
- Ankylosing Spondylitis: Reduces structural spinal discomfort and improves overall functional flexibility.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dose is one 20 mg tablet daily, taken after a meal to minimize gastric irritation. The tablet must be dissolved completely in a small glass of water before consumption.
Adverse Effects
Reported side effects include epigastric distress, nausea, abdominal cramps, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, and mild fluid retention.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulceration, a history of gastrointestinal bleeding, severe hepatic or renal failure, or those who experience asthma or urticaria after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.
Warnings & Precautions
NSAIDs may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular thrombotic events, myocardial infarction, and stroke. Monitor blood pressure and renal function regularly during long-term therapy.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with oral anticoagulants like warfarin increases bleeding risks. May reduce the therapeutic efficacy of antihypertensive agents and diuretics, and increases lithium toxicity.
