Product Overview
BEC-GM CREAM is a dynamic, triple-action dermatological formulation engineered to resolve mixed skin infections. By combining a potent anti-inflammatory corticosteroid, a broad-spectrum antifungal, and a reliable antibacterial agent, it rapidly suppresses itching, clears microbial activity, and accelerates skin healing.
Indications
This topical preparation is primarily indicated for:
- Infected Dermatoses: Treats eczema, psoriasis, and contact dermatitis complicated by secondary bacterial or fungal infections.
- Cutaneous Candidiasis & Tinea Infections: Resolves ringworm, jock itch, and athlete's foot showing signs of bacterial contamination.
- Intertrigo: Clears mixed superficial infections in skin folds and friction-prone zones.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin layer of cream gently to the thoroughly cleaned and dried affected skin areas two to three times daily. Do not occlude the treated area with bandages unless directed by a physician.
Adverse Effects
Common topical side effects may include:
- Localized skin irritation, burning, or stinging
- Dryness or mild erythema
- Skin peeling or pruritus
- Long-term use may induce localized skin thinning (atrophy)

Contraindications
Contraindicated in primary viral skin lesions (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella), cutaneous tuberculosis, acne vulgaris, perioral dermatitis, and in individuals hypersensitive to any component.
Warnings & Precautions
Avoid contact with the eyes, open wounds, or mucous membranes. Limit continuous treatment duration to a maximum of two weeks, particularly in children, to minimize systemic corticosteroid absorption and HPA-axis suppression.
Drug Interactions
Topical interactions are rare, but concurrent application of other topical steroids or skin products should be spaced appropriately to prevent altered absorption rates or compound irritation.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Keep the tube tightly capped after every use.
