Product Overview
BETCIAN GM CREAM is an ultra-broad-spectrum, multi-action topical therapy engineered to manage complex, mixed skin infections. Integrating a highly potent corticosteroid, an antibiotic, and an antifungal, it offers rapid symptomatic relief while treating underlying bacterial and fungal pathogens.
Indications
This topical preparation is primarily indicated for:
- Mixed Skin Infections: Resolves stubborn superficial dermatoses showing co-existing bacterial and fungal activity.
- Infected Tinea Corporis / Cruris: Treats severe ringworm or jock itch accompanied by secondary bacterial contamination or weeping lesions.
- Severe Eczematous Flare-ups: Provides comprehensive coverage for infected eczema or microbial dermatitis.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin layer sparingly to the carefully cleaned and dried affected region once or twice every day. Massage gently until the cream is completely absorbed into the skin.
Adverse Effects
Common topical side effects may include:
- Localized burning, stinging, or mild skin peeling
- Dryness, erythema, or pruritus at the application site
- Hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation changes
- Skin atrophy with extended, unmonitored usage

Contraindications
Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any active component, or for primary conditions like acne, rosacea, perioral rash, or viral skin infections (such as chickenpox or shingles).
Warnings & Precautions
Avoid any contact with the eyes and sensitive facial skin. Discontinue immediately if severe local hypersensitivity or contact sensitization occurs. Long-term continuous use in infants and children must be avoided to prevent systemic absorption.
Drug Interactions
Systemic interactions are highly unlikely due to minimal absorption. However, avoid applying other topical formulations concurrently to prevent dilution or irritation risks.
