Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:
- Pediatric Common Cold and Flu: Reduces elevated body temperature, body aches, and malaise.
- Nasal Congestion: Opens blocked sinus passages and nasal cavities.
- Allergic Rhinitis: Controls acute sneezing, post-nasal drip, and ocular itching.
Dosage & Administration
Dosage is strictly calculated based on the child's body weight and age. Use the provided measuring cup. Standard pediatric dose ranges from 2.5 ml to 5 ml given three to four times daily, or as directed by a pediatrician.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in children with severe hepatic impairment, severe hypertension, or known hypersensitivity to any of the constituent molecules.
Warnings & Precautions
Never exceed the recommended dosage to avoid paracetamol-induced hepatotoxicity. Do not co-administer with other paracetamol-containing over-the-counter formulations.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) is contraindicated as it can precipitate a hypertensive crisis. Sedative effects may be enhanced by other central nervous system depressants.
