Product Overview
CICITRI TAB contains a highly effective, second-generation antihistamine designed to provide rapid and long-lasting relief from allergic manifestations. It provides relief from systemic and seasonal symptoms without causing heavy sedation.
Indications
This tablet is indicated for:
- Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis: Controls sneezing, rhinorrhea, and nasal pruritus.
- Perennial Allergic Rhinitis: Manages year-round nasal and ocular allergy symptoms.
- Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria: Minimizes the severity and occurrence of allergic wheals and hives.
- Allergic Dermatitis: Relieves intense skin itching and redness.
Dosage & Administration
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily, taken with or without water. Elderly or renally compromised patients may require a reduced dose of 5 mg.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min) and individuals with known hypersensitivity to cetirizine or hydroxyzine.
Warnings & Precautions
Exercise caution when operating machinery or driving vehicles. Avoid concurrent consumption of alcohol or central nervous system depressants, as drowsiness may be amplified.
Drug Interactions
No significant pharmacokinetic interactions have been documented, but caution is advised when co-administered with other sedating medications or anticholinergic drugs.
