Product Overview
BRADILEX 60 ML is an advanced cough expectorant formulation packaged in a compact volume for targeted therapeutic interventions. It relieves chest congestion and eases respiration by liquefying and expelling tenacious phlegm.
Indications
This product is indicated for:
- Bronchial Asthma: Relieves acute bronchoconstriction accompanied by hypersecretion.
- Acute & Chronic Bronchitis: Clear mucus plugs from inflamed bronchial channels.
- Congestive Cough: Enhances sputum evacuation in general chest congestion.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 5 ml to 10 ml taken three times a day. Adjust as per physiological response or clinical guidance.
Adverse Effects
May cause transient skeletal muscle tremors, heart palpitations, mild tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, or dry mouth.

Contraindications
Do not administer to individuals with known hypersensitivity to sympathomimetics, mucolytics, or any component of this syrup.
Warnings & Precautions
Monitor closely in patients with cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, or gastric ulcers. Ensure proper clinical assessment before prescribing to individuals with history of convulsive disorders.
Drug Interactions
Potentiated by other beta-adrenergic stimulants. Antagonized by non-selective beta-blockers like Propranolol. Tricyclic antidepressants and MAOIs may exacerbate cardiovascular side effects if used concurrently.
