Product Overview
BRADILEX D is a triple-action antitussive, decongestant, and antihistaminic syrup designed to relieve dry, unproductive coughs and upper respiratory allergy symptoms. It reduces nasal swelling and eliminates continuous sneezing or watery eyes.
Indications
This product is indicated for:
- Dry Unproductive Cough: Suppresses irritating, dry coughs due to throat tickle.
- Nasal Congestion: Relieves blocked nose caused by common cold, sinusitis, or allergies.
- Allergic Rhinitis: Controls sneezing, post-nasal drip, and ocular itching.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 5 ml to 10 ml three to four times daily. Children (6 to 12 years): 2.5 ml to 5 ml up to three times daily, or as prescribed.
Adverse Effects
Drowsiness, mild sedation, dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness, gastrointestinal upset, or mild restlessness in pediatric patients.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, or those currently taking or within 14 days of discontinuing MAO inhibitors.
Warnings & Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating heavy machinery during use. Use with caution in individuals with prostatic hypertrophy, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or chronic bronchitis.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with MAOIs can cause severe hypertensive crises or serotonin syndrome. Alcohol and other central nervous system depressants may intensify the sedative effects of Chlorpheniramine.

Store below 25°C in a dark place. Protect from direct heat and light. Keep out of reach of children.
