Indications
This product is indicated for:
- Mixed Skin Infections: Conditions where bacterial and fungal pathogens co-exist.
- Infected Eczema: Alleviates severely inflamed eczema complicated by bacterial secondary invaders.
- Intertrigo & Paronychia: Treats infected skin folds or nail perimeters.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin film to the affected skin layers 2 to 3 times daily, rubbing gently, or as advised by a medical specialist.
Adverse Effects
Application site reactions including mild burning, itching, skin thinning, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, or allergic contact dermatitis.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to aminoglycosides or azoles, perioral dermatitis, rosacea, and extensive ulcerative skin conditions.
Warnings & Precautions
Avoid continuous long-term therapy, especially in pediatric patients, to prevent HPA-axis suppression or localized skin atrophy. Neomycin absorption across large broken skin areas may carry risk of ototoxicity.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent application with other topical aminoglycoside agents should be carefully managed to reduce systemic toxic risks.
