Product Overview
CELEGRA is a powerful, triple-action respiratory formulation designed to combat complex bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It integrates a powerful mucoregulatory bronchodilator, a non-sedating antihistamine, and a leukotriene receptor antagonist.
Indications
This comprehensive respiratory tablet is indicated for:
- Chronic Bronchial Asthma: Long-term prophylactic management and prevention of nocturnal asthma symptoms.
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Relieving airway hyper-responsiveness, cough, and viscous mucus plugs.
- Severe Allergic Rhinitis: Co-morbid allergic rhinitis accompanied by seasonal respiratory spasms or wheezing.
- Asthmatic Bronchitis: Reduction of bronchial inflammation and enhancement of vital lung capacity.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult therapeutic dosage is 1 tablet daily, preferably administered in the evening after meals to optimize nocturnal asthma control, or as directed by the treating pulmonologist.
Adverse Effects
Reported side effects are generally mild and include headache, dyspepsia, nausea, dizziness, pharyngitis, and transient abdominal discomfort. Neuropsychiatric symptoms are extremely rare but warrant monitoring.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with acute myocardial infarction, severe hypotension, hepatic or severe renal impairment, or documented hypersensitivity to xanthine derivatives or any component of this tablet.
Warnings & Precautions
CELEGRA is not intended for the relief of acute bronchospasm; a rescue inhaler should always be available. Use with caution in patients with cardiac arrhythmias, active peptic ulcers, or a history of seizure disorders.
Drug Interactions
Avoid administrative overlapping with erythromycin or ketoconazole, which may elevate fexofenadine plasma concentrations. Antacids containing aluminum or magnesium hydroxide should not be taken within 2 hours of this medicine as they lower absorption rates.

Store in a cool, dark, and dry place below 25°C. Protect from environmental moisture and keep out of the reach of children.
