Indications
This combination is indicated for:

Contraindications
Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to montelukast, levocetirizine, or cetirizine. Avoid in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min) or end-stage renal disease.
Warnings & Precautions
Not indicated for the reversal of acute bronchospasm or status asthmaticus. Monitor for neuropsychiatric events including behavior and mood changes. Patients should be cautious while driving or operating heavy machinery due to potential drowsiness.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with central nervous system depressants or alcohol may increase drowsiness. Phenobarbital or rifampin may reduce plasma levels of montelukast due to hepatic enzyme induction.
