Indications

Dosage & Administration

Contraindications
Contraindicated in individuals with a history of Parkinson's disease or extrapyramidal disorders, prolactin-releasing pituitary tumors, severe hepatic impairment, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, or mechanical bowel obstruction.
Warnings & Precautions
As Cinnarizine can cause drowsiness, patients should exercise caution when driving or operating heavy machinery. Use with care in patients with glaucoma or prostatic hypertrophy. Avoid the concurrent consumption of central nervous system depressants and alcohol.
Drug Interactions
Anticholinergic drugs may oppose the gastrokinetic activity of Domperidone. Concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors like Ketoconazole or Erythromycin may elevate Domperidone plasma concentrations. Enhanced sedative effects occur when taken alongside alcohol or sedatives.
