CELEGRA-M is a reliable, dual-action antiallergic and antiasthmatic tablet designed to manage allergic rhinitis and comorbid asthma. It effectively addresses daytime and nighttime symptoms like nasal congestion, sneezing, and watery eyes.
Indications
This formulation is indicated for:
- Allergic Rhinitis: Management of seasonal and perennial allergic manifestations.
- Comorbid Asthma: Dual control of respiratory allergy and asthmatic bronchospasm.
- Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria: Reduction of hives and skin pruritus.
Dosage & Administration
Adults and adolescents over 15 years: One tablet once daily, preferably in the evening, with or without food.
Adverse Effects
Common occurrences include headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, or gastrointestinal upset.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Fexofenadine, Montelukast, or any excipients in the product.
Warnings & Precautions
Not intended for the immediate reversal of acute asthmatic attacks. Healthcare providers should monitor for neuropsychiatric changes associated with leukotriene modifiers.
Drug Interactions
Co-administration with antacids containing aluminum or magnesium hydroxide reduces the absorption of fexofenadine. Erythromycin and ketoconazole may elevate plasma fexofenadine levels slightly.
