Indications
This formulation is indicated for:
- Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis: Alleviation of sneezing, rhinorrhea, and ocular itching in children.

Dosage & Administration

Contraindications
Contraindicated in children with known hypersensitivity to either fexofenadine, montelukast, or any constituent of the suspension base.

Drug Interactions
Avoid administering alongside fruit juices (such as apple or grapefruit) or magnesium-aluminum antacids, as they significantly blunt fexofenadine bioavailability.
