CELEGRA SUSPENSION is a premium, non-drowsy pediatric antihistamine suspension formulated to provide rapid relief from seasonal allergic manifestations and chronic hives in children. It offers complete, 24-hour symptom control without affecting daytime alertness.
Indications
This formulation is indicated for:
- Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis: Relief from sneezing, running nose, and itchy throat in children.
- Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria: Minimizing childhood skin wheals, rashes, and localized swelling.
Dosage & Administration
Children 2 to 11 years: Standard dose is 5ml (30mg) twice daily. Adjust dose frequency in accordance with professional pediatric advice.
Adverse Effects
Extremely well tolerated. Minor complaints can include low-grade headache, transient drowsiness, or dry mouth.

Contraindications
Do not administer to children with known systemic hypersensitivity to fexofenadine hydrochloride or the syrup additives.
Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution in pediatric patients exhibiting compromised renal clearings. Do not mix or co-administer simultaneously with fruit juices.
Drug Interactions
Co-administration with erythromycin or ketoconazole may increase fexofenadine levels, though without clinical adverse consequences. Antacids lower the rate of absorption.
