Product Overview
CIANCOLD ACTIVE Tablet is an advanced respiratory formulation combining a potent mucolytic agent with a non-sedating antihistamine. It provides effective systemic relief from productive cough accompanied by allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, or respiratory congestion.
Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:
- Productive Cough: Associated with acute or chronic bronchopulmonary disorders.
- Allergic Bronchitis: Relief of respiratory congestion complicated by environmental allergies.
- Respiratory Conditions: Eases expectoration in patients suffering from common cold allergies.
Dosage & Administration
The recommended dosage for adults and adolescents above 12 years is one tablet once daily, preferably in the evening, taken with or without food.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or ambroxol, and in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 mL/min).
Warnings & Precautions
Caution is advised when driving or operating machinery due to potential somnolence. Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment. Use with caution in patients with urinary retention factors.
Drug Interactions
Central nervous system depressants and alcohol may enhance drowsiness. High doses of Ambroxol administered alongside antibiotics like Erythromycin or Amoxicillin lead to increased antibiotic concentrations in bronchopulmonary secretions.
