Indications
This pediatric formulation is indicated for:

Contraindications
Contraindicated in infants with known hypersensitivity to any of the components, severe hepatic impairment, or in those concurrently receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Warnings & Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended dose to avoid serious hepatic risk. Avoid concurrent administration with other paracetamol-containing preparations or cough and cold remedies.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant administration with central nervous system depressants or sedating antihistamines can intensify drowsiness. Phenylephrine may interact with antihypertensive medications or MAOIs, causing blood pressure elevations.
