CIANFIT 100 TAB is a fast-dissolving, uncoated dispersible cephalosporin antibiotic tablet ideal for pediatric and adolescent use. It simplifies administration while maintaining high efficacy against sensitive pathogens.
Indications
This dispersible tablet is indicated for:
- Respiratory Tract Infections: Effective against bacterial tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and acute bronchitis.
- Urinary Infections: Manages cystitis and urethritis caused by gram-negative organisms.
- Typhoid Fever: Alternative oral option for uncomplicated enteric fever management.
Dosage & Administration
Disperse the tablet in a teaspoon of boiled and cooled water before administration. Alternatively, consume as directed by a healthcare professional. Best taken at uniform intervals.

Contraindications
Do not administer to individuals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or related beta-lactam structures.
Warnings & Precautions
Prolonged use may alter normal intestinal flora, giving rise to secondary pseudomembranous colitis. Adjust dosages in patients presenting with marked renal impairment.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant administration with oral anticoagulants may cause an increase in prothrombin time. Antacids may slightly reduce the peak rate of gastrointestinal absorption.
