CIANFIT DRY SYP is a low-dose pediatric oral suspension providing optimal dose titration for young children and infants. It ensures safe, precise antimicrobial delivery for mild to moderate bacterial strains.
Indications
This product is clinically indicated for:
- Pediatric Otitis Media: Effective eradication of middle ear bacterial targets.
- Acute Tonsillopharyngitis: Resolves streptococcal infections of the pharynx.
- Early-Stage Bacterial Infections: Treats localized tissue or respiratory path bacterial manifestations.
Dosage & Administration
Dose according to pediatric body weight matrix as advised by the clinician. Add sterile water to reconstitute the dry mass to the mark line. Agitate well prior to every usage.

- Mild stomach upset or diarrhea
- Nausea or occasional vomiting
- Diaper rash in young infants

Contraindications
Contraindicated in infants with confirmed allergic sensitivities to the cephalosporin or beta-lactam class of drugs.
Warnings & Precautions
If diarrhea persists or presents with mucus or blood, check for Clostridioides difficile. Use with caution in pediatric patients with congenital renal challenges.
Drug Interactions
No significant unique drug interactions reported in small infant populations, but check concurrent use with other nephrotoxic therapies.
Storage Instructions
Store dry powder pack below 25°C. Reconstituted liquid must be kept in cold storage between 2°C to 8°C and used up within 14 days.
