Product Overview
CIANLEVO-A SYP is a comprehensive dual-action respiratory formula that combines a mucolytic agent with an antihistamine. It is highly effective in clearing thick mucus secretions while simultaneously managing underlying allergic symptoms in the respiratory tract.
Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:
- Productive Cough with Allergy: Manages chest congestion accompanied by allergic rhinitis.
- Chronic Bronchitis: Eases expectoration and reduces mucosal swelling.
- Asthmatic Bronchitis: Helps clear airway obstructions caused by mucus plugs and allergic spasms.
Dosage & Administration
Adults and adolescents: 5 ml to 10 ml twice daily. Children 6 to 12 years: 2.5 ml to 5 ml twice daily, or as prescribed by a physician.

- Nausea or gastric irritation
- Dry mouth or throat numbness
- Mild drowsiness or dizziness

Contraindications
Do not use in patients hypersensitive to ambroxol, levocetirizine, or piperazine derivatives. Avoid use in individuals suffering from severe kidney failure.
Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution in patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease due to the mucolytic action on gastric mucosa. Discontinue use if severe skin reactions or rashes develop.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant administration with antibiotics like erythromycin, amoxicillin, and doxycycline leads to higher antibiotic concentrations in bronchopulmonary secretions. Avoid concurrent use with central nervous system depressants.
