Product Overview
CIANLEVO SYP is an advanced fast-acting antihistamine syrup formulated to provide long-lasting relief from seasonal and perennial allergic symptoms. It effectively manages skin allergies and respiratory discomfort without causing heavy sedation.
Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:
- Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and watery eyes.
- Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria: Manages persistent hives, skin rashes, and severe pruritus.
- Allergic Dermatitis: Reduces swelling and redness associated with allergen exposure.
Dosage & Administration
Adults and children above 12 years: 5 ml to 10 ml once daily, preferably in the evening. Children 6 to 12 years: 2.5 ml to 5 ml once daily. Shake well before use.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or hydroxyzine. Avoid use in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min).
Warnings & Precautions
Caution is advised when consuming alcohol or central nervous system depressants concurrently. Patients operating heavy machinery or driving should monitor their response to the medication due to potential drowsiness.
Drug Interactions
No significant drug interaction studies have been conducted, but caution should be exercised with CNS depressants, alcohol, and theophylline, as they may enhance sedation.
