Product Overview
CIANMOL PLUS (NEW) is a powerful therapeutic formulation designed for the rapid management of pain, inflammation, and tissue edema. The addition of the proteolytic enzyme Serratiopeptidase enhances tissue penetration and speeds up the healing process.
Indications
This medication is primarily indicated for:
- Post-Surgical Inflammation: Reduces pain and swelling following dental or general surgeries.
- Traumatic Injuries: Effectively manages sports injuries, fractures, sprains, and hematomas.
- Inflammatory Arthritis: Relieves acute painful flare-ups in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
- ENT Inflammations: Reduces tissue congestion in severe sinusitis, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis.
Dosage & Administration
The standard adult dose is one tablet twice daily after meals, or as prescribed by a medical specialist. Swallow the tablet whole without chewing to protect the enteric-coated granules.
Adverse Effects
- Nausea, indigestion, or abdominal pain
- Mild diarrhea or skin rashes
- Dizziness or headache
- Slight coagulation disturbance (rare)

Contraindications
Do not use in patients with active gastrointestinal ulceration, severe bleeding disorders, severe heart failure, or history of hypersensitivity to NSAIDs.
Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment. Since Serratiopeptidase affects blood clotting, monitor patients on concurrent anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy closely.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with blood thinners like warfarin or aspirin increases bleeding risks. May increase toxicity risks of methotrexate and lithium when co-administered.
