- Lower Respiratory Tract Infections: Effective against community-acquired pneumonia and acute bronchitis.
- Sinusitis: Manages severe acute bacterial infections of the paranasal sinuses.
- Skin and Soft Tissue Infections: Treats abscesses, cellulitis, and wound infections.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with a history of severe hypersensitivity reactions (anaphylaxis) to penicillin, cephalosporins, or other beta-lactam agents, and in patients with a history of amoxicillin-associated hepatic dysfunction.
Warnings & Precautions
Discontinue immediately if an allergic reaction occurs. Extended usage can result in overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms. Carefully monitor liver and renal functions in patients with prolonged therapies.
Drug Interactions
Probenecid decreases the renal tubular secretion of amoxicillin, leading to prolonged serum levels. Concurrent use with allopurinol can elevate the risk of developing secondary skin rashes.
Storage Instructions
Store the dry powder below 25°C. Following reconstitution, store the liquid suspension in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C and use within 7 days. Do not freeze.
