Indications
This syrup is indicated for:
- Non-Productive Cough: Calms irritating dry coughs secondary to viral colds.
- Upper Respiratory Allergies: Counteracts seasonal allergies manifesting as runny nose and sneezing.
- Sinus and Nasal Stuffiness: Relieves congestion and restores comfortable breathing.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 10 ml three times a day. Children (above 6 years): 5 ml two to three times a day, or as recommended by the healthcare provider.

Contraindications
Not to be used in patients with severe cardiovascular disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, or concurrent MAOI anti-depressant therapy.
Warnings & Precautions
Patients with chronic coughs due to asthma or smoking should consult a physician before use. Monitor blood pressure levels closely in hypertensive patients.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with central nervous system depressants or antihypertensive agents requires close medical supervision due to potential changes in efficacy and sedation.
