Product Overview
CICOF TAB is a highly reliable oral decongestant and antiallergic tablet formulated to target symptoms of the common cold, rhinitis, and upper respiratory allergies. The systemic combination works swiftly to clear blocked nasal passages and arrest watery discharges.
Indications
This tablet is indicated for:
- Common Cold: Relieves nasal stuffiness, sinus pressure, and runny nose.
- Allergic Rhinitis: Controls acute seasonal or perennial allergy outbreaks.
- Sinusitis Decongestion: Promotes sinus drainage by decreasing mucosal edema.
Dosage & Administration
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily, or as recommended by the physician. Do not exceed 4 tablets in a 24-hour period.
Adverse Effects
- Mild sedation or drowsiness
- Dry mouth, nose, or throat
- Insomnia or restlessness (in rare cases)
- Dizziness

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with severe hypertension, advanced coronary artery disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, or patients who have used MAOIs within the past 14 days.
Warnings & Precautions
May impair cognitive and motor skills; avoid operating heavy machinery or driving after consumption. Use with caution in patients with hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with sedatives or alcohol significantly intensifies drowsiness. Phenylephrine may interact with beta-blockers, leading to an increased risk of elevated blood pressure.
