CIKET PLUS SHAMPOO is an advanced medicated anti-dandruff formula designed to eliminate stubborn flakes and soothe scalp irritation. By combining a potent antifungal with an effective anti-seborrheic agent, it restores scalp health and prevents recurrence. This premium formulation ensures manageable, healthy hair while targeting the root cause of scalp disorders.
Indications
This medicated shampoo is indicated for the treatment and management of:
- Seborrheic Dermatitis: Reduces greasy scales and redness.
- Pityriasis Capitis (Dandruff): Targets fungal growth to eliminate flaking and itching.
- Tinea Versicolor: Addresses superficial fungal discoloration of the scalp skin.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to wet hair and scalp. Massage gently to form a rich lather. Leave it in contact with the scalp for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with water. Use twice weekly for 4 weeks for active treatment, or as directed by a physician.

Common and localized side effects may include:
- Mild skin irritation or burning sensation

Contraindications
Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity or allergy to Ketoconazole, Zinc Pyrithione, or any other ingredients in the shampoo base.
Warnings & Precautions
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. Discontinue use if severe irritation, redness, or swelling develops. If topical steroid creams were previously used, withdraw them gradually over 2 to 3 weeks while introducing this shampoo to prevent a rebound flare-up.
Drug Interactions
Significant systemic drug interactions are highly unlikely due to minimal topical absorption. However, prolonged simultaneous use of strong topical corticosteroids on the scalp should be carefully managed under medical supervision.
