COL PLUS is a potent, fast-acting analgesic and antipyretic combination formulated to conquer severe pain, inflammation, and high fever. Indications
This clinical combination is indicated for:
- Pyrexia (High Fever): Brings down persistent fever of various infectious etiologies.
- Primary Dysmenorrhea: Relieves severe menstrual cramps and associated pelvic pain.
- Acute Inflammatory Pain: Treats dental pain, post-traumatic swellings, and joint inflammation.
Dosage & Administration
For adults, the standard dose is one tablet taken orally two to three times daily. It should always be taken immediately after meals or with food to minimize the risk of gastrointestinal irritation.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer disease, inflammatory bowel disease, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, third-trimester pregnancy, or a history of aspirin-induced asthma.
Warnings & Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended dose due to the risk of severe Paracetamol-induced hepatotoxicity. Use with extreme caution in elderly individuals who are highly susceptible to gastrointestinal adverse events. Maintain adequate hydration during the treatment course.
Drug Interactions
Increases the risk of gastric bleeding when taken alongside oral anticoagulants, corticosteroids, or other NSAIDs. Paracetamol may interact with hepatotoxic drugs or chronic alcohol intake. May decrease the efficacy of antihypertensive therapies.
