Indications
DICLO PCI TAB is indicated for the rapid relief of pain and inflammation associated with:
- Musculoskeletal Conditions: Treats acute exacerbations of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gout.
- Post-Traumatic Pain: Relieves pain from sports injuries, severe sprains, muscle strains, and fractures.
- Post-Operative Recovery: Manages dental pain, minor surgical wounds, and painful soft-tissue inflammatory swelling.
- General Analgesia: Resolves severe tension headaches, dental abscess discomfort, and acute dysmenorrhea (period pain).
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet taken two to three times daily, strictly after meals to safeguard the gastric mucosa. Do not exceed 3 tablets in a 24-hour period.

Contraindications

Warnings & Precautions
Chronic use requires routine monitoring of renal and hepatic profiles. Paracetamol warning: exceeding the maximum daily dose can induce severe, irreversible hepatic necrosis. Use with extreme caution in elderly patients and individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular risk factors.
Drug Interactions
Avoid simultaneous use with other systemic NSAIDs or oral anticoagulants (like warfarin) due to an elevated risk of gastrointestinal hemorrhage. May decrease the therapeutic efficacy of antihypertensive drugs and loop diuretics.
